Mercedes GLC 300, 2016 with 54K miles. Yes, it's getting old but still looks great and it has always been reliable. The WP Mercedes Benz Service Department is outstanding. I’m generally very happy with the quality of the service, but this time I was unhappy with the efficiency and the wait time. I did not drop in. I had an appointment for a specific time for a key fob battery change and for lowering the oil level. I should not have been there for 2 hours.

The tire came a bit later than expected. There were unfortunately no loaners. It should have taken an hour but took more like 2 while waiting. Service is always responsive though.

Outstanding service, from start to finish. The battery in my Cayenne needed to be replaced, and time was of the essence, so I called Porsche white plains. Jenna at front desk was super professional and took me in quickly even without an appointment. Following from there, Elliott was amazing, providing me with frequent updates and getting the issue resolved for me quickly. He was even kind enough to remind me that I was under extended warranty and there will be no charge for me. Superb.

Service (oil change, inspection and brake fluid replacement) was completed on time and as price quoted. Inspection was detailed and included a tire analysis which stated tires were fine for wear but were nearing aging . Very pleased with the service.
