Service and people are good. When you leave your car for service and subsequently they find an additional part that needs to replaced and it is expensive ($3,000) they TEXT you for approval. Not everyone is connected to their phone all day long and therefore the extra service does not get done. A simple call would really be helpful.

I am concerned as prior service replaced a module as I burned out 22 batteries in 2 years. When I received it back 3 months age I burned up 4 batteries. Service dept said they couldn't find any problem. It is burning batteries less than before but still a problem to burn 4 batteries in those few months. I’ve had 8 Mercedes and I never burned a key fob battery in less than 14 months. HELP

I brought my Escalade to Pepe Cadillac for a flashing check engine light and engine misfire. From day one, my concern was the engine. First of all, Genesis is a carmaker to which more people need to pay attention and give credit. The product really is excellent; not just for the money, but in general. My car needed its very first service, so it was my first time visiting this service department. I waited with the car and they got the service done incredibly fast. I only waited a little over an hour. Christian was my service advisor and he was very friendly and pretty much explained everything I needed to know about what was going on. My service experience with Elliott while traveling through New York with my Macan was phenomenal. He addressed my service issue most importantly and did so with great professionalism and attention.
I’m generally very happy with the quality of the service, but this time I was unhappy with the efficiency and the wait time. I did not drop in. I had an appointment for a specific time for a key fob battery change and for lowering the oil level. I should not have been there for 2 hours.

The tire came a bit later than expected. There were unfortunately no loaners. It should have taken an hour but took more like 2 while waiting. Service is always responsive though.

Outstanding service, from start to finish. The battery in my Cayenne needed to be replaced, and time was of the essence, so I called Porsche white plains. Jenna at front desk was super professional and took me in quickly even without an appointment. Following from there, Elliott was amazing, providing me with frequent updates and getting the issue resolved for me quickly. He was even kind enough to remind me that I was under extended warranty and there will be no charge for me. Superb.

Service (oil change, inspection and brake fluid replacement) was completed on time and as price quoted. Inspection was detailed and included a tire analysis which stated tires were fine for wear but were nearing aging . Very pleased with the service.
